Order Handling Time : 12-48 Hours

Free Shipping Delivery Time : 7-15 Business Days(Free shipping for products above $20.99.)

Standard Shipping Delivery Time : 7-15 Business Days(Order under $20.99, need to pay extra $5 delivery fee.)

Expedited Shipping Delivery Time: 2-7 Business Days(Need to pay extra $8 for delivery fee.)

The countries where we ship packages to currently include :

Russia/ Belarus / Malaysia / Singapore / South Korea / Japan / Canada / United States / Australia / EU Countries.

Note : Currently, we are unable to ship packages to some Mid-Eastern areas because there is no carrier deliver packages to places where war is going on. We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The delivery date we mentioned above is for retailer customers. If you are a wholesaler or distributor, please contact support@ainope.com for our quoted price and deliver date.

The package will be shipped from China if you choose standard shipping method. The package will be shipped from the destination country if you choose expedited shipping method.

Currently, we can only ship with expedited method to countries as below: USA, EU Countries and Japan.

Here below are some exceptions:

1. Natural disaster such as typhoon, volcanic eruption and rainstorm etc that result in the late delivery.

2. Packages are damaged in transit.

3. Packages are successfully delivered but the delivery man fails to contact with you, and result in the return of the package

We will resend the package for you if circumstances occurred as stated above.

We will resend or refund for situations below:

1. Package has been delivered successfully but the package is returned to sender due to customer fails to pick it up on time.---Resend instead of refund.

2. Customer prefer a refund due to unsatisfactory rather than quality problem.---Return accepted but buyer will need to cover the return shipping fee

3. Customer received a damaged package.---Resend instead of refund

4. Customer prefer a refund because the delivery date is overdue.---Full refund

5. Products are damaged due to improper operation.---No return or refund will be processed.

6. Products have been used for a while, return for non-quality problem.---No return or refund will be processed

7. Packages are returned due to undeliverable shipping address.---No return or refund will be processed (You will need to cover the resend shipping fee if a reshipment is preferred. Or a half refund will be processed.)

8. We ship the wrong product to you.--- Resend the correct product without return the wrong one

How to track your packages

You will receive the tracking number within 72 hours once the order is successfully placed, you can track the status of the package via logistics website. However, since it takes long for cross-country packages to be delivered, chances are that you may not get the information in time. Please do not worry about that and check a few days later. We ship packages with Post Office EUB service.
